Emailed them and waited. They got back to me after 4 further days saying my order was not in stock, and blamed the suppliers. This went on for a further two weeks, and they would not let me get a refund. I spoke to other Zippo sellers and found out they have done this to a lot of them. Luckily I paid through PayPal, and so issued a chargeback to get my money back. It was the only way I could do it. I do not recommend these to anyone. I have reported them to Zippo.
